1. These terms
This website is operated by Ryerson IT Solutions. By accessing or using it you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Information on this site
The content of this website is provided for general information about our services. While we take care to keep it accurate and current, it does not constitute professional advice, a quotation, or an offer capable of acceptance. Any statement about timescales, costs or results is indicative only; the terms applying to a specific engagement are those set out in the signed agreement for that work.
3. Permitted use
You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own business evaluation purposes. You must not:
- use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or infringes the rights of others;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
- introduce malware, conduct denial-of-service activity, or otherwise interfere with the site's operation;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content for the purpose of building a competing service or training a commercial model without our written permission;
- republish, sell or commercially exploit our content without our written permission.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all content on this site — including text, layout, graphics, illustrations, code and the Ryerson IT Solutions name and logo — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law. Third-party names, logos and trademarks referred to on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
5. Client work and case studies
Case studies are published with the relevant client's permission. Metrics are drawn from baselines captured during the engagement and reflect those specific circumstances; they are not a promise of comparable results in another organisation.
6. Submissions
Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information through the enquiry form. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you share anything confidential. Material you submit without an NDA in place is treated as non-confidential, although we will still handle personal information in line with our privacy policy.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and the courts of Santa Clara County, California, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
