The brief
Liberkeys is a modern real estate platform changing the way people buy, sell and rent property. With a focus on transparency, efficiency and customer satisfaction, the platform streamlines a transaction process traditionally buried in paperwork and phone calls.
The challenge
Rapid growth had outpaced the original platform. Page performance degraded under listing volume, agents worked around the tooling in spreadsheets, and the signup funnel lost prospects at the document-upload step.
What we did
- Re-architected the listing search with a dedicated index, cutting median search response below 200 ms.
- Redesigned the agent workspace around the three tasks that consumed most of their day.
- Rebuilt the onboarding funnel with progressive document capture and automated verification.
- Instrumented the full funnel in analytics and ran a structured conversion optimisation programme.
